Uptech installs atg Flying Probe
A Flying Probe test machine from Germany based atg test system GmbH has been installed at Swedish printed Circuit Board Producer Cogra Pro in Gothenburg Sweden.
atg test system offers testing equipment with up to 16 flying probes in-line system, ready for automation lines. A5 test system has 8 probes. It handles down to 2 mil pad size.
