Foxconn to leave Finland, axe 400
Tawanese EMS provider Foxconn gives notice to 400 employees at its assembly site in Finland.
Foxconn that manufactures mobile handset parts in Finland gives notice to 400 employees. Foxconn said it would terminate production in Finland. Foxconn's Finnish operations are to consist of services only. This is due to increasing price competition and the industry's shift of emphasis to Asia.
