Darekon expands its operations in Poland
Medical equipment and electronics contracting manufacturer Darekon expands its operations in Poland by establishing second factory.
New factory is located in Gdansk and the operations will start on September the 1st. All Darekon’s electronics manufacturing in Poland will be carried out in the new factory.
The new factory has 2'400 square meters of space and Darekon will invest in new equipment to meet the latest requirements. Cable harnesses and box building will be concentrated in the current factory.
”We had long search for the new property and we are very pleased with these facilities and the location, which is only 20 kilometers from the Gdansk airport.” says Country Manager Kari Koponen.
”The expansion of Polish factories gives us strong competitive edge in industrial electronics. We can serve our customers with flexible timetables in longer production series.” says CEO Kai Orpo.
