Hitachi Sells Subsidiary Shares
Tokyo-based electronics giant Hitachi Ltd. reported today that it sold some of the shares of its subsidiaries last month.
The company sold five million shares of Hitachi High-Technologies Corp. on November 21, leaving it with 70.8 million shares, which represent 51.4 percent of the issued and outstanding shares the subsidiary.
