Sibos AG rebranded as Komax
Contax Limited, has confirmed the rebranding of Sibos AG under the Komax banner.
Sibos has now officially amalgamated with the automation division of Komax to become Komax Systems AG. This concludes the final element of the merger between the two Swiss wire processing and assembly automation system manufacturers. Komax’s wire processing systems in Dierikon and the assembly automation systems in Einsiedeln will be merged at the new site in Rotkreuz.
Sibos AG was acquired by the Komax Group in 1998. The change of name from Sibos AG to Komax Systems AG is a logical step following five years of successful cooperation.
