Teleplan - M7 Group's sole after-market service provider

M7 Group has decided to consolidate its after-market service model from a multiple-supplier solution into a sole-supplier solution under Teleplan. "Teleplan's know-how and market leadership in the set-top box business was a major driver in our decision. In addition, Teleplan's service solution reduces the volume of second returns significantly. This benefit will increase our customers' satisfaction and their brand loyalty," said Jurgen Lambregts, M7 Group's CFO.
