TV: Making a book interactive
Until now, a book was a book, clearly separated from the more interactive medium. However, with new technology this is all about to change.
Using a camera, and the capability of sensing and reading hand positions and hand gestures – combine this with a projector – and a book can become "interactive". Data can be extracted and manipulated – and thus blurring the border between mediums that has been relatively separated until now.
Fujitsu Laboratories is responsible for the project.
