SCS relocates & expands its Woking facility

The new facility, which features an additional 8,200 square feet of production and office space, is conveniently located near the previous site. Built to enable lean flow of operations as well as support future growth, the new Woking site features an updated, larger Class 10K cleanroom, increased space for part preparation and processing, and room for expansion. In addition to increased production floor space, the engineering, quality and meeting facilities have been expanded within the site. The new site is ISO 9001:2008 certified. “SCS is pleased to offer customers a new, state-of-the-art coating facility in Woking. The site relocation and expansion is another example of SCS investing in the development of our locations, ultimately increasing capabilities and functionality to better serve our current and future customers,” said Vice President of Operations Bill Lodwick.
