Flextronics invests in chip firm
US based Inphi, a developer of high speed precision semiconductors, has raised $12.0M, according to a regulatory filing.
According to socalTECH, Inphi's investors include Mayfield, Tallwood Venture Capital, Walden International, and new investor Flextronics. Inphi develops Indium-Phosphide (InP) based semiconductors targeted at precision timing, optical communications, test instrumentation, and microwave applications.
