Darekon to acquire Apelec Oy

The acquisition will compliment Darekons Group's service portfolio and increase the customer base. Apelec employs 30 people located in Malmi, Helsinki. The company provides design, manufaturing, logistics and maintenance services for various requirements in the industry. Apelec's operetions will continue as part of Darekon and Mr. Jari Hietala continues as the CEO of the company. “Apelec’s acquisition is great addition to our service portfolio, which we have been building systematically during the last years.
