Arrow completes Redemtech acquistion
Arrow Electronics has completed the acquisition of Redemtech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Micro Electronics.
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Redemtech is a provider of electronics asset disposition (EAD) services and hires approximately 400 employees. Sales in 2012 are expected to total approximately 60 million USD. The deal was originally announced in August this year.
