Efore to close down in Baltics

Finnish electronics contract manufacturer Efore is said to close down its manufacturing facility in Pärnu (Estonia). Production is said to be moved to China instead in an effort to improve efficiency. This will result in 120 layoffs. The plan is to be completed during the current fiscal year (ends October 31, 2012). Efore has manufacturing facilities in Estonia and China. Additionally, the company also operates sales and development units in Finland, Sweden and China.
