KYZEN opens new Southeast Asian headquarters and production site in Penang
KYZEN, a US supplier of cleaning chemistries for electronics manufacturing, has opened a new Southeast Asian headquarters and production facility in Penang, Malaysia. The facility is intended to increase production capacity, improve deliveries and strengthen technical support for customers in the region.
The new site also strengthens the supply chain in the Asia-Pacific region and gives the company more space for administration, according to a press release from KYZEN. The facility incorporates advanced manufacturing technology and sustainable operating practices, the company says.
"We are extremely proud of this new facility and we are thrilled to continue offering our industry leading chemistries and lab services from this improved space," says R. Erik Miller, President and COO of KYZEN.
KYZEN does not disclose the size of the new facility, how much production capacity it adds, the size of the investment or how many people work at the site.
