Incap Germany adds new selective soldering system in Karlsfeld

Incap Germany has commissioned a new SEHO SelectLine-C 500 selective soldering system at its Karlsfeld facility, expanding production capacity and automation capabilities for through-hole technology components.

The system combines flux application, controlled preheating and selective soldering within a single automated process, with automated loading and unloading, integrated inspection stations and AI-supported functions for creating soldering programmes, according to a press release from Incap.

The investment is framed as part of ongoing modernisation of Incap Germany's electronics manufacturing operations, with process stability and repeatability cited alongside capacity expansion as key objectives.

According to  Afrem Alfia, Managing Director Operations at Incap Germany, the investment combines several important objectives: greater automation, stable and repeatable processes and additional production capacity.
