Briton EMS secures manufacturing contract

Bedford (UK) based EMS-provider Briton EMS has secured the manufacturing contract with MPEC Technology.
The EMS-provider is to assemble data acquisition units for MPEC Technology in a GBP 1 million contract.

"Naturally, we're delighted to have won the contract. The SA380TX is a complex product and having been closely involved in its test development, we're now procuring all parts and have set up a manufacturing cell. This enables us to guarantee that MPEC will receive fully working and configured products", Tony Abri, commercial director of Briton EMS, is cited in New Electronics in saying.
