Denso gets Koh Young's 2'000th SPI system
Koh Young has delivered its 2'000th in-line Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) system – an aSPIre 2 system - to Denso Corporation.
In making the announcement, Dr. Kwangill Koh, CEO, said “The delivery of our 2000th in-line SPI machine is a significant milestone for Koh Young Technology. Denso will be deploying our aSPIre 2 system to optimize their automotive electronics manufacturing process.
