Sony outsourcing to EMS providers improves cash flow
Sony expects its cash flow this fiscal year to improve by approximately $1.20 billion.
Sony has improved cash flow because the company has created special units to oversee procurement and production. Also the increased outsourcing of LCD production to EMS providers has helped the company to improve cash flow, reports Reuters.
