Foxconn sues Creative Technologies
Foxconn is suing Creative Technologies for more than half a million US Dollar. Foxconn claims that Creative Technologies has failed to pay their invoices.
According to Taipei Times, Creative Technology claims it does not owe the EMS giant anything because no contracts exist between the wo parties. The lawsuit will be filed by the court of Singapore on December 3.
