Datest buys Spea system
Datest has installed the new dual-sided Spea 4060 Flying Probe System at its facility in Fremont, CA.
The 4060 is the second SPEA flying probe system to be installed at Datest’s facility. Datest also has selected Goepel electronic’s boundary scan test solution that will be integrated into the Spea 4060.
