Celestica: 'We're to stay in Valencia'
Canada-based EMS-provider Celestica stated that recent investments at their manufacturing location in Valencia (Spain) were long-term.
"The company will continue to invest in Valencia. We will continue to work to ensure the future", Celestica's CEO Graig Muhlhauser is cited in Spanish media reports. The EMS-provider has so far invested EUR 5 million in the old IBM facility, providing for new production lines and technology upgrades.
The facility in Valencia is focussed on the production for the Aerospace & Defense and Telecommunications segments.
