MAG opens tech centre in Finland

Finnish Master Automation Group (MAG) has opened a new technology centre in Kempele (Finland).

MAG has opened technology centre into Kempele, which will be the centre of operations activity in Finland. The technology centre includes facilities to develop and test FlexMill applications for Aerospace and Marine customers as well as “mini-factory” for Telecom- and Electronic industry applications development and testing prior those mass productions. The company has also announced changes to their management. The he Board of Directors of Master Automation Group has appointed Hemmi Piirainen as President and CEO. Mr Piirainen has a proven track record to lead MAG into designed growth and development. He has previously worked at Nokia Networks and later Nokia Siemens Networks in diverse management duties in Finland and abroad. Teijo Fabritius is starting as Vice Chairman of the Board of Master Automation Group, starting 1st of September. Mr Fabritius will focus on MAG’s future business opportunities.
