Scanfil sells real estate in Finland

Scanfil plc has closed the agreement to sell the building lot of 46'763 square meters and factory buildings of 19'631 square meters in Oulu, Finland. Production activities in Oulu ended in the autumn 2007 and facilities have been partly rented out. The real estate transaction has a positive effect of EUR 2.5 million to profit before taxes.
