What happened to Fuba Dresden / Kavitec?

The brochure reads that it is an ‘industrial estate with an administration building, a production building, a porter and reception building, a heating plant, parking area, etc.’. Interested parties would have a chance to acquire a (yet) functional business operation in Dresden (urban district Gorbitz). Companies would be able to ramp-up production on short notice.
