Will Elcoteq move HQ to Budapest?
EMS provider Elcoteq could be moving its headquarters to Budapest, Hungary.
According to Elcoteq's Chairman of the Board Jorma Vanhanen a decision could be taken by the end of this year. If Elcoteq choose to move the headquarters to Hungary local production in the country will be expanded further, said BBJ. Elcoteq has consolidated all European electronics manufacturing and after market service activities to its units in Pécs, Hungary and Tallinn, Estonia.
