United EMS invests in Juki mounters

United EMS, based in Warrington North West England, has invested in new Juki mounters to accommodate further growth.
Tony McFadden, Director, says “By supporting all the stages of our clients Product Life Cycles we are able to add value at each key stage and support complete End-to-End solutions. Therefore, from NPI prototypes to mass volume PCBA, box build and distribution, United EMS has a bespoke solution for each and every clients requirements.

To underpin this growth, United EMS selected Juki KE-2050light and KE-2060light mounters.

“Providing EMS services in the UK means providing the ultimate in flexibility to our clients. We needed SMT machines that also offered us the ultimate flexibility in production” commented Tony McFadden. “After much research we felt the Juki 2050 and 2060 machines would offer us this and in our experience they have certainly delivered.
