STI adds Heller equipment to its cleanroom
STI Electronics, based in Madison (USA) has added the Heller 1913MKIII Convection Reflow / Curing Oven to its Microelectronics / Cleanroom.
“The latest addition to the Microelectronics ISO Class 6 Cleanroom is yet another demonstration of STI’s commitment to deliver the highest quality services and products to its customers. Procurement of the Heller 1913MKIII, an extended zone convection oven with a closely monitored inert environment, enables the manufacturing and assembly of more robust microelectronics assemblies for high-rel electronics,” stated Casey Cooper, Microelectronics Lab Manager at STI.
