Finish court rejects Scanfil's leave of appeal

"The Supreme Court has decided not to grant a leave of appeal to Scanfil plc concerning the verdict passed by the Helsinki Court of Appeal on 18 June 2009, which thus remains in force", a statement from the company says. In the mentioned verdict the Helsinki Court of Appeal imposed on Scanfil plc a corporate fine of EUR 25,000 for a security market information offence. Scanfil has paid the fine in July 2009.
