Multek fined for faulty record-keeping
The Minnesota Pollution Control in the United States has fined Multek Flexible Circuits, for environmental permit violation.
Multek was fined $8,650 for faulty record-keeping on 12 different permit violations by the Minnesota Pollution Control which regularly inspects industrial and waste facilities. The company had $3,900 of its fines forgiven after it took corrective steps, which included implementing better record-keeping procedures, Northfieldnews.com reported.
