IMI to take loans to finance Singapore Acquisition
Integrated Microelectronics Inc. is likely to take loans to finance the acquisition of the PCB manufacturer Speedy-Tech Electronics Ltd.
78.7 percent Ayala owned IMI said it would likely borrow $80 million wich will be added to the amount of stocks which will represent the purchase amount.
