Nokia to cut supplier base
Finland based telecom giant Nokia plans to cut the number of its handset accessories suppliers from over ten to five.
Nokia plans to cut it's supplier base by 50% within primarily the makers of power supply, Bluetooth and speakers devices. Nokia aims to work tighter with a fewer suppliers to strengthen its supply chain efficiency and reducing costs, industry sources told Digi Times.
