Infineon sells FTTx business
Infineon is selling it's fiber solutions business unit FTTx BIDI (r) to Ezconn.
Ezconn, founded in 1971 and with a revenue of $48 Million 2004, is developing cabling and optical components.
In addition to the deal with infineon the company wants to open a design centre in Berlin.
