Philips recalls defibrillators
The Netherlands-based electronics company Philips Electronics is to recall 5,400 defibrillators.
A spokesperson told Reuters that it affects around 1% of all defibrillators sold (650,000). Those recalled defibrillators may have a faulty memory chips. The recall - although issued worldwide - mainly affects customers in the USA.
