Flextronics: Infrastructure still biggest segment
Infrastructure is still the biggest segment for EMS-giant Flextronics. The recent quarterly report shows that 32% of the EMS-providers revenue was generated through this segment.
According to evertiq's research, Infrastructure – generated $1,867 million (32% of quarterly revenue total) – was followed by Mobile, which generated $1,196 million (or 21%).
Computing comes next with $1,110 million or 19% of the quarterly revenue; Industrial, Automotive, Medical & Other stood at $964 million or 17%; and Consumer Digital with 11% or $646 million, according to evertiq information compiled.
