TVAB lands Bombardier contract
Cable Harnesses- and Systems Maker TVAB International has signed a deal with Canada based Train Manufacturer Bombardier Transportation.
The order includes 40 Drivers Desks for the Regina train type to be used on the Swedish national rail roads. Product development has been done at Bombardier’s facility in Västerås, Sweden. TVAB will manufacture the tables in Poland and deliver them to Bombardiers’ facility in Görlitz, Germany. The order value has not been revealed.
TVAB is manufacturing about 100 different cables in the range of up to 30 meters for Regina. The cables are delivered to Bombardier in Görlitz and Hennigsdorf, Germany.
