Sony to outsource more to Wistron
Sony plans to outsource more to the Taiwan-based ODM-manufacturer Wistron.
Sony will outsource some LCD TV production to Wistron. The company plans to outsourcing four million units - instead of two million as originally planned for 2009 - reports Digitimes. The reason for the increase in the outsourcing, is due to Sony's needs to reduce production costs.
