Brandner sees increased demand for HDI-boards
The Estonia-based PCB manufacturer Brandner has recorded an increased demand for HDI-boards over recent months.
The demand has especially grown over the last two months - in April and May. 15% of out total order volume were for blind-buried vias and µBGA-boards during this period. Brandner was established in 1997 and has currently 25 employees at its facility in Paide, Estonia.
