TDK acquires business from Invensys
Japan-based TDK has agreed to acquire the Lambda Power Division from London-based Invensys.
The purchase price for the power supplying business landed on $235 million. The Lambda Power Division is considered as a leader within the power supplying industry and reached sales figures of $437 million the last fiscal year which ended in March.
