CST takes over Zincocelere
Italy-based PCB manufacturer CST announced today the successful completion of the merging process of Zincocelere SpA.
CST/Zincocelere Group's Sales Turnover will reach USD 125 million supplying manufacturers in the Automotive, Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense, Industrial, Medical and Consumer Electronics sectors. This merger enables CST/Zincocelere to strengthen its technology leadership and market position enhancing ability to meet the increasing customer demand for innovative and cost-effective solutions. Additional expansion plans are included in the strategy of CST/Zincocelere to assure competitive prices and global supply.
Silvano Botti, Chairman of the group, declared: "We believe this merger firmly establishes CST as a leader in printed circuit board fabrication technology and it is in line with the group strategic objectives by taking advantages of the most qualified experiences and best competences in the interconnection industry" .
