List countries: 2430 PCB makers around the world, Europe covers 10%
There are currently 2430 PCB manufacturers worldwide, according to industry data presented by Mr. Walt Custer from the Custer Consulting Group at this year’s Apex Show, which evertiq attended.
According to Mr. Custer’s presentation, Europe has 240 PCB manufacturers (or 10% of the world’s total). Russia has 70 PCB manufacturers (3%). The largest number of PCB manufacturers comes from China, which registered 930 producers (or 38% of the world’s total). Second place takes North America with 380 manufacturers (or 16% of the total).
