Hungary flat-TV sales up 70%
Sales of flat-screen TV-sets in Hungary increased by 70% in 2008.
According to Mr. Endre Muller, Panasonic South-East Europe Marketing Product Manager, the sharp increase is due to the general demand plus the European Football Championships and other big events in Europe that took place last year, said BBJ. He also said that Panasonic South-East Europe increased its TV-set sales in Hungary by 10% in last year.
