Premier Farnell distributes Sipex

The partnership will enable Sipex, which manufactures broad analogue signal processing products, to target markets around the world. Significantly, there will be a special focus on Sipex's power management and interface devices, all of which are now compliant with the RoHS (Restriction of the use of Certain Hazardous Substances) Directive. Premier Farnell's Europe and Asia Pacific business, Farnell InOne, will work with its US sister company, Newark InOne, to deliver an extensive range of Sipex product to customers across all three regions (Europe, Asia Pacific and US). Sipex's ICs (integrated circuits) profile is grouped into three product families - power management, serial interface and optical storage. With these product families, Sipex is strategically well positioned to provide complete analogue solutions to thousands of customers worldwide which manufacture wired and wireless data communications hardware, networking and telecommunications equipment, and portable consumer devices.
