<em>Lex Nokia</em> has been approved in Finland
After several days of debate, the Finnish Parliament yesterday approved the controversial Lex Nokia.
The law gives companies the right to control, but not read employees' emails. The votes were allocated to 96 YES and 56 NO votes. However, they also recorded 47 abstentions. The new law has been immensely criticised during the preparation period (evertiq reported).
