Videoton with new investments at VT Informatics

The high-volume stamping branch of Videoton operating in Törökszentmiklós and VT Informatics - dealing with CNC sheet metal processing and assembly - operating in Székesfehérvár now joined forces, as more and more customers looked to combine these two technolgies.

The circle of activities in VT Informatics include part manufacturing, mechanical and electromechanical assembly as well as the production of final products, e.g.: enclosure systems. The company supplies to almost all industrial sectors from financial services through commercial, traffic, telecom applications to medical fields. In its Törökszentmiklós site, Videoton manufactures cut and bent parts and assembled units from mid to large series for the automotive industry, telecommunication and consumer electronics. The facility has now received two new automatic excenter presses (400 and 500 ton). Videoton intends to increase not only its capacities, but also its technological competence in the field of manufacturing larger and more complex parts in large quantities. The company extends its capacities in Törökszentmiklós further with an investment within the small series sheet metal processing: two new CNC punching and three new CNC bending machines including the accessories (welding machines, measurement unit and sheet metal cutter).
