Foxconn receives Swiss orders
EMS provider Foxconn has received orders from Advanced Digital Broadcast a subsidiary of Swiss based Advanced Digital Broadcast Holding.
The orders that Foxconn has received are regarding Advanced Digital Broadcast set-top boxes. Advanced Digital Broadcast has decided to add Foxconn as its suppliers, however the company will still work very closely with Taiwan based EMS provider Cal-Comp. According to Digitimes Cal-Comp will be the main supplier for the STB product as Foxconn is still in the starting face.
