Fujitsu Automation to acquire Mania's flying probe technology from ESO Capital Group
ESO Capital Group and Fujitsu Automation have signed an agreement Mania's flying probe technology.
Through this acquisition, Fujitsu Automation has enhanced its existing product range and secured the future of both the well-established Mania Ultim8 flying probe tester and Mania's next-generation technology. The combination of Fujitsu Automation's technological leadership, R&D and manufacturing capability and Mania application expertise will create a unique offering to the PCB industry worldwide.
