GVL introduces thermally conductive metal backed laminates
Ventec Electronics & GVL UK have launched VT-4A1 the first of a range of thermally conductive metal backed laminates.
With thermal conductivity of 1.15 W/mK the product is suitable for applications such LED, power conversion, monitor drive, power supplies etc. The product is available with aluminium thickness of 0.1mm-5.0mm, dielectric thickness of 50um-380um and copper thickness 9um-400um.
