Foxconn to lease in Houston

The the buildings for the 44-acre Centre at Cypress Creek in Houston, USA, date back to the early 1980s and also include the former headquarters of Compaq Computer, reports the Houston Business Journal. Foxconn is said to use the leased premises to house its offices and hace decided to lease close to HP. Additional to that the EMS-provider already occupies industrial space with an office component in several buildings in this area, but is said to move all office personnel out of the warehouses to make more room for manufacturing, the report goes on.
