Enthone acquires Ormecon
Enthone - part of Cookson Electronics - has acquired Ormecon GmbH, Ammersbek, Germany.
The acquisition strengthens Enthone’s market-leading PWB surface finishes product portfolio and bolsters the company’s plan to offer a platform of new coatings technologies for a wide range of electronics applications.
