Huawei to target its rivals in Europe

The company has won several major mobile infrastructure deals and has developed into a serious rival for NSN (Nokia-Siemens Networks), AlcaLu (Alcatel Lucent), and Ericsson, reports IntoMobile. Over the past two years, the company has won numerous big deals, such as with Vodafone in Greece, Romania and Spain; with France Telecom in Belgium and France and with Telefónica in Germany. However, the company has had less impact on the US market. The company is also rumour to have won deals by seriously under-pricing its competitors and that it receives ‘assistance’ from the Chinese government.
