Phoenix Contact acquires Innominate
One year after announcing a technological partnership, has Phoenix Contact acquired Innominate Security Technologies.
The company is able to strengthen and expand its Industrial Ethernet segment with in the Business Unit Automation.
Roland Bent, Chief Executive at Phoenix Contact, and Joachim Fietz, Executive at Innominate, announced the acquisition at last week’s Hannover Messe in Germany.
The acquisition of the company and the 20 staff has immediate effect. Innominate will continue to act as independent company, reports Elektroniknet.
